Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the device to submit a refund request.

Proof of Purchase Required

To qualify for a refund, customers must provide a reasonable explanation along with valid proof of purchase.

  • Device was received in a damaged condition

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Physical damage caused after collection or delivery
  • Software issues caused by user actions
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must be submitted within the 7-day grace period from date of purchase or receipt of the device.

Return the Device

The device must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

Inspection & Assessment

CellConnectZA reserves the right to inspect and test the device before approving any refund request.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where applicable.

Original Payment Method All approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
