How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must be submitted within the 7-day grace period from date of purchase or receipt of the device.

Return the Device
The device must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

CellConnectZA reserves the right to inspect and test the device before approving any refund request.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where applicable.
Original Payment Method
All approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notice: CellConnectZA reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above requirements. All refund decisions are subject to device inspection and assessment by our team.
