CellConnect ZA is a South African online retailer specialising in smartphones, mobile accessories, and related products. We operate exclusively via cellconnectza.co.za and deliver nationally across South Africa.

By browsing our website, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under South African law.
• All information you provide during checkout is accurate, current, and truthful.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor colour or appearance variations may occur due to screen display settings.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed and paid.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
• We accept credit/debit card, EFT, and buy-now-pay-later via PayJustNow.
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. CellConnect ZA does not store card details.
• Orders are only processed and shipped once payment is confirmed.
• For EFT payments, proof of payment must be emailed to us to avoid delays.

Orders are processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

• Monday–Friday before 16:30 — Processed and shipped the same business day.
• Monday–Friday after 16:30 — Processed and shipped the next business day.
• Saturday before 12:30 — Shipped on Saturday; delivery occurs during the following business week.
• Saturday after 12:30 — Processed and shipped on Monday.
• Sunday — Processed and shipped on Monday.

CellConnect ZA cannot be held liable for courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment.

Customers are entitled to a 7-day grace period from the date of purchase or receipt of the device to submit a refund request, subject to the following conditions:

CellConnect ZA reserves the right to inspect and test any returned device before approving a refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

We offer a buy-now-pay-later option through PayJustNow, allowing you to split your purchase into three equal, interest-free instalments.

• By selecting PayJustNow at checkout, you enter into a separate agreement directly with PayJustNow, subject to their own terms and eligibility criteria.
• CellConnect ZA is not responsible for disputes arising from your PayJustNow payment arrangement.
• Refunds on PayJustNow orders will follow PayJustNow's refund procedures in addition to our own policy.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of CellConnect ZA or its content suppliers and is protected under South African copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without prior written consent.
• Manufacturer trademarks and brand logos appearing on product pages remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, CellConnect ZA shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners once a parcel has been dispatched.
• Any content on third-party websites linked from our website.
• Technical errors, website downtime, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

CellConnect ZA is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013. By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the information required to process and fulfil your order.
• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information shared with courier partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for delivery.

You agree not to use cellconnectza.co.za in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or accounts.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content through our website.
• Use our platform to conduct fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
