Every pre-owned device we sell is assigned a grade based on its physical condition and battery health. No surprises.
Near-perfect condition. Minimal signs of use. Looks and feels like new.
Normal signs of everyday use. Light scratches that are not visible when the screen is on.
Moderate signs of use. Visible scratches on the body. Best value for customers who prioritise performance over cosmetics.
