Refund Eligibility
Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the device to submit a refund request.
To qualify for a refund, customers must provide a reasonable explanation along with valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or invoice.
What Qualifies and What Does Not
- Device is faulty due to a technical or manufacturing defect
- Device was received in a damaged condition
- Request submitted within the 7-day window with proof of purchase
- Device returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Physical damage caused after collection or delivery
- Software issues caused by user actions
- Normal wear and tear
- Request submitted outside the 7-day window
How to Request a Refund
Reach out via email or WhatsApp within the 7-day grace period. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
The device must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and your proof of purchase.
CellConnect ZA reserves the right to inspect and test the device before approving any refund. You will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
All approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at checkout — whether that is card, EFT, Payflex, PayJustNow, or Stitch Express. Processing time may vary depending on your provider.
