How It Works

Secure Your Device
Pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve your chosen device. Your device is held exclusively for you once the deposit is received.

Payment Period
Complete your remaining balance within the agreed timeframe — maximum 3 months. We confirm the exact timeline upfront in writing.

Make Your Payments
Pay in instalments at your own pace within the agreed window. You can pay via EFT, cash, or agreed payment methods.

Complete Your Balance
Once your device is fully paid, we prepare it for handover. A final confirmation is sent to you at this stage.

Collection or Delivery
Collect in person from our Pretoria location, or receive your device via courier partner nationwide.
Important Terms & Conditions
Devices are only reserved once your deposit has been received and confirmed.
All deposits and instalment payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if the lay-by is cancelled for any reason.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of the agreement without refund.
The maximum lay-by period is 3 months. The agreed deposit amount and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before the lay-by begins.
